Program Prices: Would you like a prime, unique, and large audience to advertise to? Then please learn how you can take advantage of the annual Morgan County Republican Lincoln Day Dinner. Once a year, Republican government leaders serving Morgan County on the local, state, and federal level, many local business owners, and local consumers come together for the MCGOP’s Lincoln Day Dinner. We generally average 330-400/+ attendees. It is a great opportunity for local businesses to get the attention of community leaders and consumer.
This year, we are excited to offer half and full page color advertisements in our program in which all candidates and businesses can advertise. These programs will be distributed during the Lincoln Day Dinner.
Color Ads:
[ ] Digital Ad Space and ½ Page Print Ad: $200
[ ] Digital Ad Space and Full Page: $400
Dimensions: Full page – 11″ tall x 8.5″ width with .5 inch margin
Half page – 5.5 ‘ tall x 8.5″ width with .5 inch margin
The printers uses MAC and requires MAC friendly files. Windows users may convert files to .pdf format for best results. Fonts need to be converted to outlines. If fonts default in your supplied artwork, we will do our best to match your intended font as closely as possible.
ACCEPTABLE INDUSTRY PROGRAMS:
Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign*, Quark Express*, Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
*InDesign and Quark Express files must be properly bundled with images and fonts Photos/Pictures: .JPG .TIF .PDF .PNG
Note: Files must be at least 300 dpi at print size for best quality
UNACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS:
Microsoft Programs (such as Word, Excel or Publisher) are not acceptable as print-ready artwork in most cases. Fonts need to be converted to outlines. If fonts default in your supplied artwork, we will do our best to match your intended font as closely as possible.
